Welcome

The passion to integrate responsive leadership and accountability in today and tomorrow’s African  leaders and the desire to imbue cutting edge entrepreneurial skills, and empower the vulnerable populations on the Continent brought to birth the non-profit organization - African Leadership Development Foundation Inc.

It has been arguably said that the growth of every society is dependent on Leadership and economics. Against this backdrop, African Leadership Development Foundation, Inc. through our Africa - based partner, Centre for Economic and Leadership Development, have therefore committed itself to supporting the development and establishment of the African Leadership Development Academy, Abuja; the activities of the African Leadership magazine aimed at showcasing the continent’s continual growth in the socio-cultural indices used as benchmarks of International development; as well as other activities that can harness and develop leadership and enterprise excellence in current and future generations of African Leaders using unique African styled solutions.

The Foundation is therefore a centre for thought – leadership, Education and advocacy on the leadership issues affecting our common future as Africans. It is a platform for Solidarity, Partnerships and Shared engagements for all who care about African Leadership and the direction the continent is headed. The Foundation was incorporated in the state of Virginia USA.
